Returning to the the main entrance hall, we head straight to the rear section of the property where works have progressed well to create a large reception room, with atelier style window openings and French doors to a terrace (in need of repair) and to a the shell of a vast new kitchen which has not yet been fitted, but which has been plumbed, with pipes lain for a central island. There is a utility room with a sink next to the new kitchen.
We access the first floor from the main entrance hall, where there are four bedrooms and work has commenced but not been completed, for bathrooms/shower rooms.

This property is spacious and has some outbuildings (garage, covered barn area) and sits in a lovely part of Gascony close to Condom.
It will appeal to buyers who are willing to complete a renovation project and put their own mark on a building.
The work that has been completed allows us to easily see what the property will become, and we particularly like the choice of old terracotta floor tiles in the kitchen and new reception room.
There are some areas which have deteriorated and require total restoration such as the wooden block terrasse which has rotten.
