The house, with the main entrance under the old entrance gate, has a living room and bathroom on the ground floor. From the living room (approx. 26M²), you can access the small garden (approx. 12,5M²), facing south, the bathroom and the well-preserved cave (approx. 11 m²).
From the authentic staircase, you reach the 1st floor.
Here you will find a spacious, cosy kitchen (approx. 32 m²) with beautiful views of the Pyrenees.
The 2nd (and 3rd) floor is partly located above the entrance gate and still needs to be renovated. Here there is a central room (approx. 33M²), with an impressive old mantelpiece, which could very well serve as a 2nd living room, study or library. This room provides access to 3 bedrooms (approx. 12.5M²), 2 storage rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom and 2 of the 3 bedrooms still need to be renovated, as well as the finishing of all walls, etc. However, the preparations have already been made.

Centrally located to Castelnaudary (10min), Carcassonne (30min), Revel (25min), Mirepoix (30min), Toulouse (50min) and Narbonne (1h).
But also close to charming villages like Saint-Papoul, Villasavary, Fanjeaux and Bram. The Mediterranean, ski resorts, the Montagne Noir, the Pyrenees and Spain are close by.
Airports with multiple connections are in Carcassonne (30min), Toulouse (50min), Béziers (1h20) and Montpellier (1h50).
