Argenton-Sur-Creuse has rail links to Paris and beyond and access to the autoroute A20 (toll free at that point). The international airport in Limoges is about an hour away by car.

On the first floor there are 3 more rooms, the first is a mezzanine (26m²) with an old fireplace, there is then another room (17m2) with a fireplace and finally a small room with tomette tiles (7m2).
Above this is the attic (50m2) that could be converted. There is then a further loft that is accessed from outside.
Attached to the back of the house is a barn divided into 2 areas (15 and 20m2).
There is a small plot of adjoining land approximately 25m2. There is no heating, and drainage can be via mains drains, although this will need to be connected.
