There is already an electricity and water meter because the house was formerly used as a workshop, which is still clearly visible.The living room - if you can call it like that - is 24.5m2, containing a fireplace, the electricity meter, a window, a door, a cupboard that could become a window to the side of the path, and a beamed ceiling. Above the living room is a similar space, accessible by an old staircase.Two steps higher there is a hall, a room of 10m2, further on another space of 14.5m2 with the water meter. Further on, there is the barn and stables, with the former hay storage above it along the entire length.The piece of land can be used for the installation of a septic tank; the municipality will not pose an obstacle to granting permission to put a drainage pipe on the side of the path. Of course, this must be applied for.
