This property, south facing, at the end of its private lane, has kept its character and benefits from spacious rooms, a nice light, pretty period stucco rosettes on the ceiling of two rooms and a nice tiled floor in the kitchen. There are 6 outbuildings including a barn and an old bread oven. The land is mainly an orchard. The first shop and bar are 5 mns walk, the supermarket less than 10 mns drive. No factory, farm or busy road close by. The closest neighbour is 60 meter away from the house but there is a neighbour 27 meters from the barn. This house needs some interior works and part of the parquet floor of the 20th century in the entrance and the double living-room is damaged. It is a very large house in need of updating we didn't notice humidity, the stains were the result of an old leak from the roof that has been repaired. Most of the windows are double glazed windows.
