The beautiful Brenne National park is on the doorstep and the bustling town of Chatellerault is about 25mins in the car.  The proximity of the Loire river means there are plenty of lovely towns and cultural highlights to explore such as Loches, Saumur, Chinon, Azay and, of course, Tours.  The airport at Poitiers is an hour away whilst the ferry port at St Malo is a 4hr drive. 





The Indre-et-Loire department is known for its picturesque countryside, as well as being home to some of the finest Chateaux in France.
