Barbret Lake
The lake holds a large stock of Mirror and Common Carp (approx. weights 27 - 61lb), Koi carp to 15lb, Catfish (approx. 80lb), Grass Carp (approx. 37lb), Pike, Tench and Roach. It has been stocked 4 times over the past 7 years.
Suitable for 3 fishing comfortably and 3 non-fishing guests.
On site there is a two-bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, a lake side cabin, with kitchen, lounge with Smart TV, wet room and 2 bedrooms, a solar heated outdoor swimming pool, pool table, dart board, BBQ and fire pit area and a children’s play area with climbing frame and trampoline. There is also a boules court, outdoor cinema and shooting range.
Deep Bluu
The lake holds a large stock of Mirror and Common Carp (approx. weights 27 - 42lb) and Catfish (approx. 70lb). It has been stocked twice since being purchased.
This is offered as a Drive & Survive Lake and has a lake side sleeping cabin, with cooking facilities and Eco toilet, there is use of its own wet room.
Glamping Tent
A fully furnished luxury tent with a double bed, electric lights and sockets. The kitchen sits at the front of the tent with cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. There is also a wet room, BBQ area and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the tranquility of its surroundings.

Location
Set in 6 acres of beautiful Brittany countryside, Barbret is 5 minutes from the local village which offers bars, restaurants, pharmacy, Supermarket, bakeries, banks etc.
It is 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Rennes, an hour and a half from the Brittany coast boasting sandy beaches and the historic wall city of St Malo. Mont Saint Michel is an hour away and there are plenty of typical French towns a short drive away.

Access
Travel to Barbret is easy, there are three main ports within easy reach:
St Malo and hour and half
Caen two and half hours
Cherbourg three hours fifteen minutes from Barbret.
And two main airports:
Rennes 30 minutes
Nantes one hour twenty

Interior
The main cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on-suite, a lounge and kitchen/dining room, all on one level. All fixtures and fittings including furniture and kitchen equipment will be included in the sale.
There is also a loft room

Lake side lodge - there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds the other with bunk beds, a lounge with pellet fire and A/C unit, wet room and kitchen - all fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment is included in the sale

There is a further wet room and a caravan for extra anglers if required

On the Deep Bluu there is a lake side sleeping cabin, with cooking facilities and Eco toilet, there is use of its own wet room
