Location
The apartment is located at 4 Quai St Pierre - a superb location right on the waterfront in central Toulouse. It is right next to the locks where the Canal de Brienne feeds into the Garonne river. It is within easy walking distance from many of Toulouse's most famous tourist sites. It's also only 200 m from the famous Toulouse School of Economics.
Access
Less than 15 minutes by car/taxi from both Toulouse airport and the Toulouse Matabiau train station. A free shuttle bus goes past the apartment and does a tour of the centre of the city every 15 minutes or so.
Interior
The apartment is on two floors. The apartment has a beautiful interior with lots of exposed brick work. The decorations are all to a very high standard. It is fully furnished with everything needed including a top of the range home cinema in the the basement lounge.
Exterior
The apartment occupies the ground floor and basement of a beautiful 4-story building built around 1900, with gorgeous typical Toulouse red-brick work.
Revenue Generation
The apartment has been rented out on Airbnb some of the time since September 2023. Until recently, we only rented one of the bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom, the kitchen-dining area and the lounge in the basement. But since deciding to sell the property, we are now renting the entire apartment with its two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath or shower, two reception rooms and a separate WC.
