The large outside private pool and garden is perfect for sunbathing / Bbq/ kids play area. The feature most remarked upon by our guests, is the terrace balcony outside the kitchen which is the perfect spot to eat 'Al Fresco' and admire the views over the hills, vineyards and pool terrace.
It feels peaceful, with only the sounds of the wildlife (mostly cicadas, birds and toads) to be heard and yet it is at the centre of all the good things to do in the Languedoc. But, despite its quiet location it has super-fast fibre broadband connectivity.
The house is semi-detached, with the current owners living next door (the structure to the left of the first floor balcony and stone wall with arch). Access is separate.

Location
The area is in a great location, central for all the activities (beach, Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Beziers and Narbonne) and other pretty medieval main towns, but with a quiet country feeling. As a result the house is also currently a very lucrative holiday rental (Air BnB etc) run by the current owners where its unique location and space is a key draw.
