Bigger apartment, not overlooked by anyone, very close to Paris without its noise and smell. It was so nice to spend the day in Paris or elsewhere and come back to my apartment. It is very bright and has a really nice relaxing vibe. I was going to keep this apartment for ever and leave it empty so I can go and spend time there whenever I could but I live in Australia and travelling time is just to long to make this practical. Whoever buys this apartment will be very happy.
