Our house is located in the commune of Plessé, in the heart of a wooded estate. This 300-hectare forest is bordered by the Nantes to Brest canal and includes a 19th-century chapel and leisure facilities available to co-owners of the estate: swimming pools, outdoor and indoor tennis courts, multi-sport field, children's play areas, etc.

We are leaving this exceptional setting for professional reasons.

The House:
It is a family house built in 1986 on a 5400 m² plot.

200m2 on the ground floor.

On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with wooden floor and wood stove, a fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms + 1 large room currently used as an office, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom currently used as a playroom, 2 smaller ones, 1 shower room with shower and toilet.
An attic that can be converted.

The Land:
The house is situated in the center of a landscaped garden, mostly wooded and not overlooked. We have built an enclosure that currently houses our two goats (already placed). There is also a chicken coop and a glass greenhouse!
