The house has 2 large bedrooms. The bedroom overlooking the valley is easily converted to 2 bedrooms by installation of a simple stud wall with door. This bedroom currently is 4.8m by 6m so division creates 2 rooms of approximately.. 4.8m by 3m each with a panoramic window.
The large bathroom also could be simply divided/modified thus creating another bedroom... (this originally existed).
The other bedroom with its dimensions has great potential to install a mezzanine floor with its high apex ceiling (bedroom/lounge area etc) with a kitchen area beneath but still leaving a large bedroom or general area for whatever purpose. This room contains a Pompe a chaleur. See picture..
