Here Picasso painted under its enormous plane trees and many other famous painters were drawn by the amazing quality of light. Ceret is a small, but busy town with numerous cafes, restaurants, art galleries, museums etc. It is quite a cultural centre. This apartment would make a perfect second home, or rental property. There is good airport access, via Perpignan, Carcassonne, Bezier, or Girona in Spain. The apartment generates a very good rental income, with guests returning year after year for seasonal rentals or longer winter rentals. It is very popular with the French and other European visitors.
