A modern recently built house with two bedrooms, large kitchen, lounge / dining room, utility room, pantry, downstairs toilet and shower room. Large terrace with wood fired oven and views over the gardens and valley.

Three separate houses we let out mainly in the summer period with the in ground swimming pool being very popular.2020 has of course been very different with most of our UK bookings being cancelled or re booked for next year. However as restrictions began to be eased in Europe we had a flood of bookings from Dutch and French families. We mostly restricted bookings to just two houses and left 48/72 hours between bookings for airing and cleaning. So we ended up with about 60% of our previous years turnover. What was interesting that almost all the guests commented on the layout where all the three houses are well spaced apart and people can feel safe without being close to others.Guests were considerate and also mostly took it in turns to use the pools.

As we are now getting older we have restricted the lettings mainly through July and August with guests from UK, Holland, France, Belgium etc. Plenty of scope to increase the occupancy.Guests comment on the peace and quiet here, but well located for exploring Normandy and west Brittany

THE GITES, THREE SEPARATE HOUSES are all well equipped with fully fitted kitchens, bbq and woodburning stoves etc.

FARMHOUSE three bedrooms all with en suite facilities sleeping up to ten. Large kitchen and open plan lounge diner and downstairs toilet. £755 week high season.

The CHALET three bedrooms with en suite facilities sleeping up to eight. Open plan lounge diner and kitchen nice terrace with views over the gardens. £719 week high season.

THE COTTAGE smaller house with three bedrooms sleeps up to six, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, kitchen, utility and open plan lounge diner. Terrace overlooking lawns and gardens. £595 week high season

Guests like to explore the area visiting places of interest such as the landing beaches, Mont st Michel, cascades and little chapel in Mortain, Fougere, St Malo, Dinan, Bagnoles de L`Orne etc.
Others are quite happy to relax by the pool or in the peaceful gardens while the children play on the lawns or in the pools.
We have a workshop under the Chalet with storage space and two other buildings on site for further development,

The gardens have large lawns, an orchard and a summer house down at the bottom of the gardens by a small stream. A vegetable garden provides lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and salads from the poly tunnel which we often share with guests
