Property Description
Our house: 6 St Vincent, Persquen 56160, Morbihan, Brittany.
Saint Vincent is an old Breton hamlet with a lovely church constructed in the 17th century. The hamlet has ten houses and lies in the beautiful Breton Countryside, 4kms from the small town of Inguinel, which has a Post Office, Bakery and small but excellent supermarket. 11kms takes you to Guemene sur Scorff. Less than 30 minutes from the lovely beaches of the south coast of Brittany. About 2 hours travelling by car to Ferry ports and airports.
Our house is a detached old Breton stone cottage consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large lounge & separate kitchen area. In addition to the cottage there is a separate stone barn and a large stone garage. A garden of 2800m2 with a small river running through the middle of it. The house faces south west and has lovely sunsets from the front terrace.
The following rooms measurements, window configurations and photographs should give you a general feeling for the property. All the windows are double glazed.
The front stable door of the cottage leads you in to the Lounge which measures 7.25 in length by 4.50 in width with a beautiful Breton fireplace with a Villager wood/multi fuel stove. There is a large double French window that leads on to the front terrace. There is also a small rear window that overlooks the small back garden.
