Location
The property is outside a village within walking distance of a bar/restaurant. The nearest shops are in Parisot where there are two bakeries, an epicerie, bars and two restaurants. The market town of Villefranche de Rouergue with its medieval centre, thursday markets and extensive shops around the outskirts in about 20 minutes away. The well known village of St Antonin Noble Val with access to the gorges is about a 30 minute drive away.

Access
Toulouse Blagnac is 90 minutes away, Rodez airport with its summer flights to the UK is about an hour away. The train station is in Villefranche. The main A20 autoroute is about 40 minutes away.

Interior
Walking down the path to the gravelled courtyard to the front of the house, there is plenty of space for a large table with umbrella for a morning breakfast or coffee and the main door leads into the

The entrance doorway leads into the main hall with fine staircase up to the first floor, door off to a huge salon with massive fireplace and French doors to the outside terraces. A ground floor bedroom is ideal for elderly relatives with its newly upgraded shower room and also has a door to the main hall. The kitchen is located on the other side and is fully equipped with a large range cooker and has views over the fields at the back.
