TV Estate Agents at Birmingham Show
Thursday 15 September 2011
Leggett Immobilier, who featured prominently on the recent ITV television series ‘House Hunt in France’ will be at A Place in the Sun Live.
Leggett Immobilier is an English owned estate agency with a head office based in the Dordogne and other offices in numerous departments of France. The company has been in existence for over 20 years.
In the recent television series Joanna Leggett featured in all four programmes, helping British buyers to find a French property.
Amongst the buyers featured was a couple who won the National Lottery. Len and Jo Casson are now the proud owners of a three-bed property with swimming pool in the Fontaine region of the Dordogne.
“The staff at Leggett, and in particular Joanna, were fantastic.” said Jo. “They took care of so much including setting up bank accounts, negotiating buying costs, and setting up the gas, water and electricity, which was a real peace of mind.”
Joanna says that helping new buyers settle into their new property is a central part of the service offered by their agency.
During the programme Len and Jo also spoke of the importance of doing your research and the value they obtained from visiting the A Place in the Sun Live show.
“You can pick up so much information because everyone is collected together under one roof. Once we’d talked to Leggett Immobilier, we were able to go straight to a law firm on the stall next door who also gave us advice, which was invaluable,” she said.
Come and see Joanna and the team at Leggett Immobilier on their stand in our French Village at A Place in the Sun Live, Birmingham NEC 30th Sept-2nd Oct.
