Planning Application Taxes in France

Although no application fee is payable for a planning application in France, there are fees and taxes with any consent that may be granted.
Whilst there is some local variation, the main fees and taxes are as follows:
- Infrastructure Tax
- Protection of Open Spaces
- Planning Advisory Service
- New Highways
- Services Connection Fee
- Land Tax
- Development Tax
These taxes are collectively referred to as taxes d’urbanisme.
