We are not an estate agent. We provide the Website for Advertisers to advertise their properties and services to our Users.
Our Users are referred to as “you” or “your”. Our Users are visitors to our Website who use any of our services.
Our Advertisers include estate agents, commercial agents, letting agents, property developers, private property owners, private landlords and companies providing services related to buying in, moving to and living in France.

We will stop the advertising of properties on the request of the Advertiser, or when the contract for advertising expires. However, the property data and associated personal data will be retained indefinitely in our system as historical property data to provide services such as resolvable hard linked adverts and historic property prices. If you wish to remove a particular piece of historic property data and its associated personal data, and you can prove a valid association with the property, please email [email protected]to request its deletion. |

An Advertiser will receive your personal data as part of our advertising services when you make an enquiry and include your contact details in the enquiry (most frequently when you make an enquiry about a property or services advertised on the Website).
In relation to property data our Advertisers or any third party who acts on their behalf are responsible for the personal data in their possession and this personal data will be subject to the Advertiser’s privacy terms or policies. We are not responsible for use or misuse of your personal data by our Advertisers.
When our services and property data is available via the websites of our Advertisers, those Advertisers may have access to your personal data. Our Website may have links to other websites. Whilst we try to link only to websites which share our high standards and respect for privacy, we do not control, and are not responsible for the privacy practices, security or the content of such websites, even if you access these websites from our Website or if you can access our Website or use our services via these other websites. We recommend that you check and understand the policy of each website that you visit before providing any personal information.
