Key Property Facts

Please note that the number of bedrooms, land size and living area criteria are displayed in the Key Property Facts section of each advert. Please ensure that this information is included wherever possible. This is important information for site users and users can search for property by all of these data fields.

Please ensure that the location, nearest town, number of bedrooms, land size and floor space are added to each advert. English speaking web users search for property by these criteria. If you do not have this information, then please request it from the vendor. Remember that the advanced search facility relies on the quality of the data entered when adding a property. Full details will give users the ability to find exactly what they are looking for which, of course, should equate to enquiries.

Once all the above fields are complete, click Post to add the property to your Active Property Portfolio. Once you have posted the advert you will be directed to the Upload Images page. Select the number of images that you would like to upload and click Post. You can upload 5 photos at any one time. There is no limit for the number of images that can be uploaded for a property. Please note that each image requires a description to identify it, please add this then click the Browse button to search for the correct image file on your computer. Please note all images must be in JPEG format and at a resolution of 1024x768 or below. You may experience difficulties with other types of images. The thumbnail image for the property will be created automatically from the first image attached to every property.
