How to View Your Enquiries

You can view any enquiries made about your property advertisements by logging into your Account Home. On your Account Home there is a section entitled Enquiries made to my properties This displays your 10 most recent enquiries.

List All Enquiries

You can view all your enquiries made by clicking on the Received Enquiries link from the left hand navigation menu or the View All link on the Enquiries made to my properties section.

From this page you will be able to see:

• Who has enquired about your property
• The property reference of the advertisement
• A thumbnail of the property
• Contact details for the enquirers
• The time and date of the enquiry

This will provide you with all the information you will need to contact the enquirers to follow up their property interest.
