14.5. French School 'Social' Grants
These grants are available from both collèges and lycées to families who may be finding difficulty in meeting school costs, including school meals, equipment and trips.
The criteria for assistance are determined by the head of the collège or lycée, after consideration by the school council, comprising education and parent representatives.
