The prices you see advertised on our pages include agency fees, but do not include fees charged by Notaires (legal charges) which vary according to the amount of (legal) work that needs to be done.
Notaire's fees are fixed by the French government and stamp duty makes up the lion's share of those fees.
Our team is friendly, helpful, multi-national and multi-lingual. With many years of experience between them, our agents all of whom reside permanently in France, understand the French market with which they are dealing as well as the requirements of their customers.
Because they have all been through the process themselves, they know there are times you can feel a bit lost and just need someone to respond to your questions and anxieties without intimidating you to help you through the buying process.
