At the end of 1990, we made the big jump in moving from Belgium to South-West France. After a few visits here, it became clear that this was the place that would offer us inspiration, in a preserved natural environment where our four kids would grow up happily. While searching we discovered the concept of Bed and Breakfast.

Our Bed and Breakfast was an instant success, and after having friends and family also looking to settle in France, we started our journey as a real-estate agent. Since then we have built a good relationship and reputation in the region, allowing Maisons Sud to grow to what it is today: a nice selection of some of the most attractive places around. As well as guiding you through the purchase of your property, we also assist our buyers in a number of administrative duties, transfer of subscriptions, water, electricity, gas, insurance.

With every purchase of a home or property it is normal that some adjustments or alterations are required depending on the needs and habits of the buyers. We have worked with many skilled and trustworthy craftsmen over the years and we will be more than happy to put you in contact with them and do the necessary translation if needed.
