ABORDimmo is an Anglo-French real estate agency established in Bressuire, Deux-Sèvres, France in 2010.

We specialise in the French departments of Deux-Sèvres and the Dordogne.

All of our properties are advertised on more than 60 web portals throughout Europe and the UK.

The founder, Adrian Simmonds, has more than 40 years’ experience in Estate Agencies in France and the UK and our team of agents provides a professional and multilingual service – English, French and Norwegian predominantly – to sellers and buyers from all over the world.

Through extensive internet advertising, we give as wide a coverage as possible to our sellers and are able to produce international clientele.

With our years of experience in the area we have established excellent connections with English speaking Notaires, Artisans, Currency Experts and Financial Advisors in order to provide an all-around service.

Our deep knowledge of the local market and sectors enables us to offer helpful and accurate advice to buyers and sellers alike.

We are currently based in the Deux Sèvres with agents covering most of the department. Also covering the Vendée borders plus we have an agent in the Dordogne at Beynac et Cazenac, plus our new agent in the Vienne.
